Frustration Over Road Accident Fund Claim Processes

They have collaborated on a joint memorandum that links both The board and the CEO of the Road Accident Fund to the investment problems inside the organization. This memorandum highlights concerns regarding the management’s directives. It seems to be implemented unlawfully and hinder the smooth processing of claims.

The Purpose of the Road Accident Fund

These requirements ultimately deprive road accident victims of their rightful compensation. It impedes their ability to claim from the Road Accident Fund, leading to the risk of their claims expiring.
